Certain Rights of Image Use:
Jehiah Ministries (JHM), Inc. & Jehiah Bible Church (JBC), Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘JHM’ and ‘JBC’) wish to clarify their position regarding the utilization of photographs and videos captured during events sponsored by JHM or JBC. This statement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of such media.
1. Image Usage:
JHM and JBC retain the exclusive right to utilize any photograph or video taken at their sponsored events. Express written permission from individuals featured in these media is not a prerequisite for usage. These images may be employed in various publications and media materials, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television broadcasts, websites, and social media platforms.
2. Privacy Considerations:
To uphold the privacy of individuals, particularly minors, photographs and videos will not contain full names or personal identifying information unless explicit written authorization is obtained from the subjects, their parents, or legal guardians.
3. Opt-Out Provision:
Individuals attending JHM or JBC events who prefer not to have their images recorded for distribution may communicate their wishes to the event photographer, organizers, or contact JHM or JBC in writing at dr.oyewole@jehiahministries.
4. Consent by Participation:
By participating in a JHM or JBC event or failing to provide written notification to JHM or JBC expressing a desire to restrict the use of their photographs, individuals implicitly agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold JHM or JBC harmless from any and all claims associated with the utilization of their likeness.
5. Unauthorized Use Prohibited:
Non-affiliated parties must seek written consent to use JHM/JBC media”
